Sandringham Club offers a local alternative for you to host your event. The Club offers two alternatives in respect of room functionality;


By selecting one of our Packages, guests will be presented with hot and cold canapés over a two-hour service period. Food can be served to suit the agenda of your function.

Point sandwiches with assorted fillings

Mini bruschetta with diced tomatoes, feta & balsamic on garlic toast (v)

Roast chicken, lettuce & mayonnaise ribbon sandwiches with fresh multigrain bread

Hot Menu Items

Crumbed calamari rings on mixed leaves, with tartare sauce

Vegetarian mini spring rolls with sweet chilli & honey soy dipping sauces (v)

Satay chicken skewers with peanut dipping sauce

Crumbed fish fillet goujons with tartare sauce

Traditional sausage rolls with tomato sauce

Swedish meatballs served with spiced chutney Vegetarian curry samosas (v)

Optional Menu Additions

To further complement your menu selection, the following items can be made available for guests on arrival, or at a preferred time during the event.

Freshly carved, spit roasted beef roll station

with fresh bread rolls, garden salad & selection of mustards

Noodle box options

Select from fish & chips, Thai beef & vegetable noodles,

fisherman’s basket, or sweet chilli prawn tails with seasoned couscous

Trio of dips platter per table

with grilled Turkish bread drizzled with extra virgin olive oil

$25 per large platter

Beverage service will be provided from the fully stocked bar within the room. Staff can be advised of your Bar Tab limit and preferred range of drinks to be offered and will remain in contact with you throughout the event. Alternatively, guests can personally purchase from the bar when using the Dining Room.

The 4m X 4m dance floor can be placed in many different spaces within the Dining Room, allowing flexibility in room layout. Tables including small squares, rounds for eight and long trestles can be clothed and placed to create the desired atmosphere.

For the celebratory cake to be sliced and placed on a platter together with the tea & coffee station a single $30 service charge will apply.

Packages are subject to a minimum of 40 people.
